Water-based primer painting
No mess, steel preservation of large or small components
Our fully-automated primer painting line, employs four, airless spray guns to apply the water-based paint.
The intelligent scan system calculates the amount of paint required and positions the upper and lower guns to within 200mm of the material as it passes.
A choice of red or grey primer is available and coverage can be set at 25, 50 or 75 microns, as required.
The 12 metre long drying tunnel is a low-environmental-impact machine and was the first of its kind in the UK.
Waste energy is recovered from the pre-heat chamber to dry the paint and once the materials have passed through, they are touch-dry and ready for immediate delivery.
We can also drill, cut and perform plasma profiling.
