Our Ficep Gemini is world-class, delivering consistent quality with supreme accuracy.
For variable bevels, K preps and large parts, Gemini is the most economical and accurate way to process plate and it can easily handle large area plates of up to 12m x 2.5m.
Employing Truehole technology, it produces significantly better quality than has been previously possible using other plasma systems.
For fabrication, weld prep surfaces can drastically reduce welding costs. Gemini can make weld preps either by milling or plasma bevelling.
It can handle the largest plates with unprecedented accuracy to produce quality parts that allow for better fit up and less welding time.
Gemini can also perform thickness reduction, plasma profiling and j preps.
