Our Ficep Gemini delivers unprecedented cutting accuracy and represents a new benchmark in CNC manufacturing.
It is capable of cutting 4mm sheet metal and up to 100mm thick plate. A moving gantry design allows for a greater range of plate size and thickness, and can even handle plates of varying thickness on its 12m x 2.5m bed.
Equipped with a Hypertherm plasma torch and nesting software, optimum cutting layouts can be achieved, reducing waste and lowering cost per work piece.
It can easily handle the largest plates to produce quality parts that allow for better fit up and less welding time.
Gemini can also machine slotted holes, tap, drill and produce weld preps.
